The Regional Medical Center (RMCL) offers Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services. Our staff is dedicated to guiding you, or your loved ones through the process of making successful life changes with education, compassion, and dedication. We have both Licensed Mental Health and Substance Abuse counselors available. We offer a wide range of services.
