Full time salaried position responsible for directing and maintaining the operations of all RMCL facilities. Responsibilities include supervising and scheduling maintenance staff to ensure buildings and grounds are safe, clean and secure at all times; working with the CFO to develop plans and budgets to address both short term and long term goals for facility maintenance; and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. 5 years maintenance and supervisory experience with a solid understanding of plumbing, floor care, heating and electrical systems as well as carpentry and other crafts preferred.
