Fitness Port
HealthWays/Regional Medical Center at Lubec recognizes the benefits of regular exercise to our employees and to community members. We support healthy lifestyles, and believe that encouraging physical activity can result in better physical and mental health.
The Fitness Port is located in the lower level of the clinic in Lubec. Offered are treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bicycle, rowing machine, stepper, Body Masters machines, free weights as well as a variety of dynamic group exercise programs.
