Behavioral Health Integration Care Manager

Full time Registered Nurse sought for our BHI Care Manager position.  Will work with clinical and behavioral health staff in our Lubec clinic, to support and institutionalize the Behavioral Health Integration Model.  Preference given to person with experience in both a clinic setting as well as behavioral health setting with patients of all ages.  Proficient with basic computer skills. Experience with SBIRT, Motivational Interviewing and Care Coaching a plus. 


BILLING SPECIALIST is responsible for reviewing and submitting insurance claims and processing remittances.  The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and billing software.  In addition to public relations, organizational and strong communication skills are essential.  An educational background and/or work experience in business, accounting and/or billing is preferred.


The Regional Medical Center at Lubec seeks to fill two positions in Behavioral Health:

RMCL has an opening in our Behavioral Health department for a full-time licensed behavioral health clinician to maintain a client base in our East Machias clinic. Experience or background in motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, pain and stress management, health-behavior change, and brief interventions is desirable.

We also seek to fill the position of Director of Behavioral Health (counseling and substance use disorder services). The position is based in the Lubec office. In addition to the duties noted above, the Director will be responsible for administrative oversight and day-to-day operations, grant and contract management, and department planning. We are looking for an individual with either knowledge of or willingness to learn innovative ways to integrate behavioral health with primary care.

Graduate from an accredited school of social work, MSW or LCSW preferred.

Community Health Nurse needed in the Machias /Calais areas. Responsible for client admissions and home care visits. Must have one year med/surg experience.

Physical Therapist needed in the Machias area to provide inhome services to clients.

Home Health Aides needed in Lubec, Pembroke, Dennysville, Calais and Eastport areas to provide long term care for clients in their homes.  C.N.A and reliable transportation.
