Northern Maine HIV Program
The Northern Maine HIV Program offers free HIV testing, counseling, and referral services for high risk individuals in the 5 northern counties of Maine, including Washington, Hancock, Penobscot, Piscataquis, and Aroostook counties. We will work with you to arrange a time and place of your choosing to provide you with a free 20-minute test that is 100% anonymous.
