Medical Services
Our caring and expertly-trained staff can provide comprehensive medical care for you and your family of all ages. As a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) we are your point of care for all your healthcare management. We also provide lab services, referral services, triage, case management, and a Prescription Drug Assistance Program. For your convenience, we are able to offer podiatry one day each month.
If you are uninsured, our Outreach & Enrollment counselor will guide you through obtaining coverage through the Affordable Care Act (ACA) or MaineCare. We also offer a generous Sliding Fee Discount program.
Clinic hours are 8 am until 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with after-hours access to a nurse line.
