Chief Financial Officer
HealthWays/RMCL, a federally qualified health center, is seeking a highly motivated team-oriented individual who will be responsible for all aspects of financial management for HealthWays/RMCL. This is a senior level administrative position that partners with the senior leadership and the board of directors to develop and implement strategies and annual operating budgets across the organization. S/he must be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment and thrive in a deadline-oriented workplace. The successful candidate will demonstrate, as a minimum, the following attributes: uncompromising integrity and ethical standards, strong financial acumen and judgment, strategic vision and leadership skills and excellent communication skills. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or health care finance. An MBA or CPA is preferred. Minimum 5-10 years of broad financial experience in or knowledge of nonprofit accounting, including sophisticated fund and grant accounting, compliance and reporting.
