Clinical Coordinator
Full Time Clinical Coordinator needed to provide support to a Ryan White Part C program in Northern and Eastern Maine, which serves People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWH) in the northern five counties. The Clinical Coordinator will work with medical providers, community based organizations and other service providers to improve health outcomes for PLWH. Travel is required to several locations in northern Maine to help coordinate services, reliable transportation is essential. Registered Nurse, Medical Assistant, or candidate with experience working with and knowledge of the health challenges faced by PLWH preferred. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new electronic data management systems for quality improvement required. Work performed in-person at multiple locations with some remote work possible.
