IT/TECH SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The IT/Tech Support Specialist is responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations, including computer terminals/laptops, electronic health records, phone, etc. Self-motivated and able to multi-task and demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as being organized. Experience with Microsoft: Operating systems, Office 365, Active Directory, File Servers, DHCP & DNS and Printer Management. Macintosh: iPad Business Management Deployment.
